In my studio in Hamburg-Sasel, I offer both Personal Training classes (individual training) and mat classes in small groups of up to 4 people.
The most effective method are Personal Training classes that make use of various Pilates apparatuses. This is a very individual training, tailored to your needs and constitution.
We start by analysing your current condition, including your body type, fitness level as well as any relevant medical problems or physical limitations. You formulate your wishes and objectives for your training at PILATES Hamburg-Nord.
Based on this assessment, I develop a customized exercise programme for you. This forms the basis for an intensive Personal Training under my constant supervision. Depending on the programme, you will train with various Pilates apparatuses, such as the Reformer, the Cadillac or the Wunda Chair. Step by step, I will lead you through the exercises and you will learn to use Pilates effectively to reach your objectives.
Mat classes in small groups
As an alternative to Personal Training, PILATES Hamburg-Nord offers mat classes in small groups up to 4 people. They consist of stretching and strength exercises on a mat and they aim to improve your body awareness, fitness, posture and general well-being.
Because of the small group size, you will train in a very homely, personal atmosphere which leads to optimal training results. I will ensure that each group contains participants with a similar fitness level.
